Wheelchair Van Rentals

FastServ Medical offers wheelchair van rentals to serve our customers and those who may be visiting the area that require handicap accessible features on their rental van. We provide several different rental options at both of our Louisiana locations, please see below for information on renting a wheelchair accessible van.

Rates:

2-6 Days: $100/day

Weekly: $650

Monthly: $2,500

Two day minimum rental, no discount.

Mileage:

Each day you have a wheelchair van rental you will receive 100 miles free, after that there is a cost of $0.35 per mile.

Van Delivery $ Pick Up:

Convenient delivery service available. Call for details and pricing for delivery of our rental wheelchair van.

Insurance:

In most cases your personal automobile insurance will cover a rental accessible vehicle (check with your insurance agent). Must have full coverage insurance and coverage must extend to rental van. Any additional drivers must be listed by name on your insruance. Minimum drivers age of 21 years.

Other Fees:

Rates do not include gas. Handicap van will be delivered with a full tank of gas. If a handicap van is returned not full, a charge of $5.00 per gallon of gas will be assessed, plus a $25.00 refueling charge will apply. A $100.00 cleanup charge will apply if the vehicle is returned in poor condition. A service fee of $75.00 for installation of hand controls will apply. No Refunds on early returns on rental vans.
